To design and deliver group workshops to support learners achieve their CII exams up to
advanced level. To provide the support and training to learners enabling them to achieve
their CII technical certificate as part of their apprenticeship programme. To deliver
engaging, interactive sessions enabling learners to get a deeper understanding of the
regulations and how they apply this knowledge in their working life.
Key Objectives for the job
The role will be carried out remotely with some national travel required for the purpose of meetings, training and development and learning walks You will work within the Quality and Delivery division, reporting into the Lead Delivery Manager You will be responsible for designing & delivering group workshops to support learner achievement of technical qualifications as part of their apprenticeship programme You will work closely with the Delivery Managers, Quality Specialists and Operations to ensure effective workshops are provided and scheduled
Duties will include:

Designing training sessions to support the achievement of CII exams to ACII level

Delivering training workshops to prepare learners prior to sitting CII exams
-
Design and deliver bespoke soft skills workshops
-
Occasional 121 support of learners where individual challenges are encountered
-
Maintaining currency & competency via annual CPD of 40 hours
-
Attending company meetings as required
Skills, knowledge and experience
-
ACII qualified
-
Experience in a similar role within the sector

Experience of training CII modules
-
Experience of working within a regulatory environment (Ofsted/ESFA)

Hold a teaching /training qualification

Experience of delivering remote training sessions via Teams, Zoom and WebEx
-
Self-motivated, focused and enthusiastic with the ability to work using own
