- Description
You will deliver the Light Motor Vehicle and Mechanical and Electrical Trim. You will deliver an outstanding experience for each employer and apprentice, which is fully aligned to the standard and the most current industry and educational practice.
Main duties:
- To deliver and manage the full learning experience for employers and their apprentices in your area of responsibility.
- To develop detailed learning plans in partnership with employers and their apprentices, which are appropriately sequenced to enable apprentices to progress and achieve the relevant qualification Standards or frameworks.
- To undertake appropriate and agreed initial assessment and prior learning activities that will enable a relevant and sequenced Individual Learning Plan (ILP) to be created for each employer and their apprentices.
- To act as the key contact for a caseload of apprentices and their employers responding to queries from employers and apprentices in a timely and professional manner as required.
Requirements:
- Must have an Assessors Award
- L3 in LMV&MET
