About our Client

They are currently looking for a Continuous Improvement Assessor to join their team.
 
About You
Our client is looking for someone who is supportive of apprentices, employers, and colleagues; positive in their approach to work; adaptable to changing demands; creative when problem-solving; and empowered to make an impact on the lives of others. You will need to be well organised and confident in providing support across different learning styles and environments.
 
Responsibilities

As  the Continuous Improvement Assessor  you will deliver engaging training sessions to apprentices in line with programme requirements.
Assess apprentices’ knowledge, skills, and behaviours against apprenticeship standards.
Provide constructive feedback and tailored support to help apprentices achieve their goals.
Maintain accurate records of progress, assessments, and compliance documentation.
Support apprentices in preparing for their End Point Assessment (EPA).
Liaise with employers, colleagues, and awarding bodies to ensure apprentices receive a positive experience.
Contribute to quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to the design and development of the curriculum, acting as a subject matter expert.

 
 
Essential

Recognised Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33).
Experience of delivering and assessing apprenticeship programmes.
Strong knowledge of apprenticeship standards and EPA processes.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
IT proficiency for remote delivery and record keeping.

 
Desirable

Teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, AET or equivalent).
Experience of remote learning platforms and digital assessment tools.
Sector-specific qualifications or experience related to apprenticeships delivered.

 
Role and Responsibilities

Deliver a full curriculum of learning to support apprentices in successfully achieving their End Point Assessment in a timely manner.
Provide both coaching and mentoring during teaching sessions and one-to-one progress reviews to support successful learning outcomes.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to apprentices and employers to support development of apprenticeship and wider skills.
Manage a caseload of apprentices effectively to ensure key milestones are achieved and KPIs are met.
Ensure regular progress reviews are completed robustly, supporting a clear audit trail for funding and quality auditors such as OFSTED and Skills England.
Assist the Curriculum Manager with ongoing programme development to ensure resources are current, engaging, and effective.
Utilise appropriate technology to support delivery and assessment of the learner journey.
Ensure all learner documents and records are accurately maintained and stored on appropriate IT systems.
Regularly complete CPD activities to stay up to date with sector and teaching developments.
Participate in standardisation sessions and team meetings, sharing best practice.
Support safeguarding by raising awareness and reporting concerns to relevant staff or external bodies.
Uphold organisational policies and procedures, promoting equality and fairness for all learners.
Demonstrate high expectations of behaviour and attitudes towards learning.
Support apprentices in achieving personal development goals linked to their role and career aspirations.

Electrical Lecturer:
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Lecturer to plan, prepare and deliver high-quality training programmes to learners within their provision. The successful Electrical Lecturer will support learners throughout their learning journey, provide constructive feedback, complete all required administration, and create an inclusive and engaging learning environment that promotes achievement and progression.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver and evaluate training programmes using teaching methods and resources appropriate to the learner group and course content.
Prepare and adapt learning materials to meet programme requirements and learner needs.
Identify and assess individual learner needs, adapting delivery methods and course content where necessary to maximise engagement and achievement.
Provide appropriate learner support, maintaining accurate records and evidence in line with funding and compliance requirements.
Discuss learning outcomes, assessment criteria and moderation requirements with learners throughout the programme.
Assess learner work, monitor progress and provide regular, constructive feedback through reviews and progress tracking.
Advise learners on progression opportunities, further learning pathways and career development options.
Ensure all programme documentation, including registers, learning outcome records, reviews and other compliance paperwork, is completed accurately and submitted within required timescales.
Promote and uphold our client's policies relating to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Safeguarding and Prevent, ensuring all learners are treated with dignity and respect.

Purpose of the Role

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (or equivalent).
Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) or equivalent.
Relevant occupational qualification(s) and sector experience.
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.

Desirable Qualifications

Teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, AET, or higher).
Sector-specific qualifications (e.g., Management, Construction, Quantity Surveying, NVQ Level 3+).

Experience

Demonstrable experience working as an Internal Quality Assurer in a vocational training or educational setting.

JOB PURPOSE
As our client's Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the fiscal health of the organisation. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Strategy and Leadership:

Prepare and present accurate management accounts to the Senior Leadership Team and Board.

Financial Planning and Budgeting:

Regulatory Compliance and Audit:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in financial legislation affecting the organisation.

Team Management:

Lead, mentor and develop the Finance and HR teams, fostering a culture of high performance.
Oversee training, performance reviews and development opportunities for staff.
Drive collaboration between departments to achieve organisational goals.

Growth and Investment:

Support strategic projects, including sector diversification and operational expansion.
Evaluate investment opportunities, providing financial modelling and risk assessments.

 
QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Essential Experience:

Proven track record as a Head of Finance or senior financial leader, ideally within the education and training sector.
Hold a recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA or CIMA).
Strong experience with ESFA funding compliance and audits.
Strategic financial planning and budgeting expertise.

Desirable:

Background in the apprenticeship training or education sector.
Experience supporting organisational growth and sector diversification.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to grow employer engagement and drive new business across the apprenticeship sector. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and onboarding new employer partners, supporting both levy and non-levy clients to maximise the value of apprenticeships as part of their workforce development strategy.
This is a target-driven role. The ideal Business Development Manager is someone with strong sales capability, excellent relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of the UK apprenticeship landscape.
 
Key Responsibilities – As a Business Development Manager

Proactively identify, target, and secure new employer partnerships across a range of sectors.
Promote a portfolio of apprenticeship programmes, positioning apprenticeships as a strategic workforce solution.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for new starts, employer sign-ups, and revenue.
Develop and manage a robust new business sales pipeline, from initial contact through to onboarding.

Role Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive employer engagement and generate new business opportunities within the IT and technology training sector. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and onboarding new employer partners, promoting both apprenticeship programmes and commercial tech training solutions.
As the Business Development Manager, you will support organisations in building future-ready digital workforces through programmes such as Software Development, Cyber Security, Data, Cloud, and IT Support, working with both levy and non-levy employers to maximise the value of apprenticeships and funded training.
This is a target-driven role. The ideal Business Development Manager will have strong sales capability, excellent relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of the UK apprenticeship and digital skills landscape.
 
Key Responsibilities – Business Development Manager (IT &amp;amp; Tech)

Proactively identify, target, and secure new employer partnerships across the IT, digital, and technology sectors, as well as organisations with digital skills needs.
Promote a portfolio of IT and tech apprenticeship programmes and commercial training courses, positioning them as strategic workforce and upskilling solutions.
Sell both funded apprenticeship pathways and commercial short courses/bootcamps in areas such as Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, AI, and Cloud Technologies.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for new learner starts, employer sign-ups, and revenue (apprenticeships + commercial training).
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from lead generation through to onboarding and account growth.
Engage with levy-paying and non-levy employers, advising on how to utilise levy funds, co-investment, and commercial training budgets.
Conduct detailed digital skills gap analysis with employers, recommending tailored IT training and apprenticeship solutions.
Provide expert guidance on apprenticeship funding rules, levy transfer opportunities, and compliance, alongside commercial pricing options.
Maintain accurate CRM records, track activity, and produce performance reports aligned to sales KPIs.
Represent the organisation at tech events, networking forums, careers fairs, and industry conferences.
Collaborate with internal delivery, curriculum, and learner engagement teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and high-quality client experience.
Ensure all apprenticeship activity aligns with ESFA funding rules and regulatory requirements, while commercial offerings meet agreed service standards.

 
Skills and Experience

Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or employer engagement, ideally within IT training, apprenticeships, or tech education.
Strong understanding of the UK apprenticeship system, including levy and non-levy funding.
Demonstrated success in selling training solutions, digital skills programmes, or SaaS/tech-related services.
Ability to confidently engage and influence senior stakeholders, HR leaders, L&amp;amp;D teams, and technical decision-makers.
Strong knowledge or interest in IT and technology disciplines (e.g., software, cyber, data, cloud).
Excellent negotiation, influencing, and closing skills with a consultative sales approach.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and a fast-moving pipeline.
Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.

Job Description
As the Curriculum and Quality Lead for Dental Nurse Level 3 Apprenticeships, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the apprenticeship provision is high quality, fully compliant, employer-responsive, and inspection-ready at all times.
The Curriculum and Quality Lead focuses on curriculum intent, implementation, and impact, ensuring that apprentices achieve excellent outcomes, employers receive a high-quality training offer, and the provision fully meets DfE funding rules, Apprenticeship Standard requirements, General Dental Council (GDC) standards, and Ofsted Inspection Framework expectations.
The postholder will play a critical role in driving continuous quality improvement, supporting delivery staff, and ensuring that all aspects of the programme are robust, scalable, and auditable.
 
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Curriculum Design and Oversight

Lead the design, sequencing and delivery of the Level 3 Dental Nurse apprenticeship curriculum in line with:
Ensure curriculum plans clearly demonstrate what apprentices will learn, when, and why, and how knowledge, skills and behaviours build over time.
Embed off-the-job training effectively, ensuring it is planned, tracked, and evidenced in line with DfE rules.

Quality Assurance and Improvement

Support internal quality assurance (IQA) systems, including:
Monitor apprenticeship performance data (starts, retention, progress, achievement, EPA outcomes).
Lead on Dental Nurse contribution to the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
Implement timely and measurable actions where quality or performance concerns are identified.
Ensure the provision is continuously ready for monitoring visits, audits and Ofsted inspection.

Teaching, Learning and Assessment Standards

Set and monitor high expectations for teaching, learning and assessment across the Dental Nurse programme.
Provide coaching, mentoring and professional development to tutors, assessors and IQAs.
Ensure assessment practices are valid, reliable, timely and consistent.
Oversee learner preparedness for Apprenticeship Assessment (AA) and track outcomes to improve performance.

 
Compliance and Funding Requirements
Ensure full compliance with:

DfE Apprenticeship Funding Rules
Apprenticeship Agreement and Commitment Statement requirements
Awarding Organisation and EPAO requirements
GDC standards and documentation
Maintain oversight of learner files, evidence portfolios and progress reviews to ensure they are accurate, complete and auditable.
Identify and mitigate any funding or compliance risks promptly.

Employer Engagement and Stakeholder Management

Develop and maintain strong, effective relationships with employers and dental practices.
Ensure employers understand their role in:  Supporting apprentice development, Off-the-job training  and Reviews and AA preparation
Use employer feedback to inform curriculum development and quality improvement.

Organisational Leadership and Quality Contribution

Provide curriculum and quality leadership within the wider apprenticeship provision.
Support organisational preparation for inspections, audits and external reviews.
Contribute to quality boards, performance reviews and strategic planning.
Promote a culture of high standards, accountability and continuous improvement.

 
Qualifications and/or Experience Required
Experience – Essential: 

General Dental Council (GDC) Registration. IQA Qualification. Experience in curriculum design and regulatory compliance. Recognised Dental Nursing qualification and Curriculum design and regulatory compliance: 3 years

Experience – Desirable: 

Teaching/tutoring experience – desirable
Experience of apprenticeship delivery within an ITP, FE or work-based learning setting – desirable
