- We have an exciting, life-changing opportunity for a passionate Business
Administration/Hospitality professional to join our pioneering business as a
Business Admin/Hospitality Learning Coach. You will support our vision to deliver
innovative teaching and learning and help our learners achieve their apprenticeships.Â
You will be working directly with our clients employer partner, delivering coachingÂ
of the Business Administration and Customer Service apprenticeship to Hospitality
professionals from their Support Centre in Luton.Â
Whether you are already delivering in a similar role with experience of delivering
inspirational coaching within the business admin/customer service sector OR you
have business administration and customer service experience at management
level this is where you can have a life changing impact.Â
What will you be doing?
- Visiting individuals in their work place using your vocational experience and knowledge to teach and support learners achieve their apprenticeship.
- Managing your own diary to ensure you are delivering against your KPIs, arranging and attending scheduled visits and completing both company and personal administration
- Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional service to learners and clients whilst maintaining standards and regulatory requirements
What will you bring to the role?
- Current and relevant vocational experience in a Business Admin/Customer Service Management role
- NVQ at level 2 in Hospitality - food & beverage, food production, reception, housekeeping or beverage service or team leader is an advantage
- Experience of working in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
- GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent)
- Ability to demonstrate our Lifetime DNA
Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 so that, from 11
November 2021, all care home workers and other visiting professionals will need
to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless they have an exemption or there
is an emergency.
Our client require all successful applicants for roles where our colleagues may
have a requirement to enter a care home setting to be either intending to be
vaccinated or to be already vaccinated against Covid-19.
