- Description
- As Skills Development Coach you will be responsible for coaching a cohort of apprentices on their apprenticeship journey.
Description Overview
- Support a cohort of apprentices through their learning journey
- Implementing action plans where necessary
- Monthly reviews of learner status with individual Skills & Development Coaches;
- Preparing and updating study planners for your apprentices
- Assisting in the delivery of the apprenticeship introduction session and skills days
- Ensuring the integrity of the data in the apprentices e-portfolio account
- Reviewing task and portfolio submissions by apprentices
- Providing structured feedback on an apprentice’s progression
- Monitoring and reporting on the apprentice’s progression
- Assisting the apprentice through EPA, including playing a key role in portfolio
- finalisation
- Compliance documentation, including mandatory forms for key events (LNAs, gateway, completion)
Our client is looking for:
- An excellent communicator
- Be driven to continually improve the educational experience for our apprentices
- Ability to review processes and make recommendations on improvements
- Organised and have excellent time management skills to ensure deadlines are met
- Sound knowledge of apprenticeship programmes to ensure compliance with Ofsted and ESFA Regulations
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
