Description
As Skills Development Coach you will be responsible for coaching a cohort of apprentices on their apprenticeship journey.
Description Overview
  • Support a cohort of apprentices through their learning journey
  • Implementing action plans where necessary
  • Monthly reviews of learner status with individual Skills & Development Coaches;
  • Preparing and updating study planners for your apprentices
  • Assisting in the delivery of the apprenticeship introduction session and skills days
  • Ensuring the integrity of the data in the apprentices e-portfolio account
  • Reviewing task and portfolio submissions by apprentices
  • Providing structured feedback on an apprentice’s progression
  • Monitoring and reporting on the apprentice’s progression
  • Assisting the apprentice through EPA, including playing a key role in portfolio
  • finalisation
  • Compliance documentation, including mandatory forms for key events (LNAs, gateway, completion)

Our client is looking for:
  • An excellent communicator
  • Be driven to continually improve the educational experience for our apprentices
  • Ability to review processes and make recommendations on improvements
  • Organised and have excellent time management skills to ensure deadlines are met
  • Sound knowledge of apprenticeship programmes to ensure compliance with Ofsted and ESFA Regulations
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
