Description
The Operations Manager will be accountable for maximising and managing the performance of training provision for Apprenticeships, across the organisation, ensuring all agreed contractual and company targets are achieved through effective leadership of the team and by building an environment in which the company can develop and prosper.
Responsibilities/ Main Duties:
  • The Operations Manager will provide day to day management of the Delivery team in tandem with the Centre Manager
  • To meet or exceed Qualification Achievement Rates (QAR) and Minimum Levels of Performance (MLP) targets
  • The Operations Manager will prepare monthly forecasts and profiles on provision and delivery of the programme
  • To drive the delivery team (assessors and IQAs) to provide ROI and be profitable
  • To keep up to date with the latest developments and changes within the apprenticeship sector and to cascade and translate into a workable operation
  • To engage with all relevant stakeholders’ and to effectively manage and deploy team members to meet financial, administrative, and quality targets and objectives in line with the overarching strategy of the company
  • To meet and exceed OFSTED and ESFA requirements
 
Requirements:
  • Experience of working as an Operations Manager with a proven track record
  • Experience of working within Construction standards
  • Experience of leading a team of people to deliver good quality apprenticeship standards
  • Experience of managing or working with ESFA/ESF funded contracts
  • Full OFSTED inspection experience
