Description
THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for maximising new business opportunities across priority sectors on a national scale. Reporting to the Sales Director and working closely with the senior leadership team, the chosen candidate will play an instrumental role in the implementation of our growth strategy.
Main duties:
  • Working to a gross profit target on a monthly basis in-line with my client's growth strategy
  • The Business Development Manager will work alongside your appointment setter to maximise meeting efficiency
  • Achieving and over-achieving weekly appointment setting targets in addition to your appointment setter
  • The Business Development Manager will provide accurate sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • The Business Development Manager will work to and achieve key performance targets.
  • The Business Development Manager will attend relevant networking events
  • Consistently hit weekly meeting targets
  • Using your commercial acumen to drive profitability and increase margin
Requirements:
  • Demonstrative track record of securing new business opportunities within the Apprenticeship Sector 
  • Ability to operate efficiently autonomously.
  • Demonstrative track record of over achieving against revenue targets.
  • Consistently hit weekly meeting targets.
  • Demonstrable success/track record of implementing a range of business development techniques to generate sales to increase customer base including cold-calling telesales, speculative client visits and targeted sales appointments.
