- Our client are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Learner onboarding and compliance officer to join their expanding team.
This is a varied and busy role that sits at the heart of the Apprenticeship training provision and will serve as a pivotal role between business development, client management, compliance, and quality functions.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
- First response to enquiries from new and existing clients
- Initial introduction for all prospect Apprentices and their direct managers (conducted usually via Microsoft teams)
- Management of enrolment documents via Docusign
- Supporting compliance team with the process of new Apprentice enrolments including completing learner record checks, submission onto employers Digital Apprenticeship account and set up of e-portfolio user
- Managing the enrolment and onboarding of new learners start to end and in a timely fashion
- Liaising with team of specialist Trainers.
- Supporting the Client Relationship Director manage projects or plan cohorts.
- Management of employer records to ensure compliance with ESFA funding requirements.
- Preparation and circulation of employer news bulletins/ updates and safeguarding materials.
- Conducting learner satisfaction and exit surveys and collating results on behalf of Quality team for review.
- Support information requests from Apprentice learners and employers where necessary.
- Providing support to business development, compliance, and quality teams where necessary.
- Annual review and management of controlled quality documents
- Any other duties required as necessary.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- An understanding of Apprenticeship Standards including delivery models and funding (levy/ co-investment)
- An understanding of ESFA/ OFSTED regulations
- An understanding of the Digital Apprenticeship Service
- An understanding of Safeguarding, Prevent and Wellbeing duties
- An enthusiastic and proactive approach
- A passion for delivery excellent customer service to various stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Ability to problem solve and seek solutions
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and prioritise
- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- IT literate and conversant with Microsoft teams, outlook, word, excel and forms.
