Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Tutor in Management in the Logistics arena to join the team. As one of the UK's leading work based training organisations delivering Apprenticeship Programs throughout the country, they are a thriving and forward thinking business to work in.
They serve a customer base of local, national and international companies with programs leading to the achievement of Apprenticeships.
Role Details
Based in the Rugby area working from home, the successful applicant will deliver a blend of face to face and remote workshop delivery which will involve traveling to various sites and geographical locations delivering Apprenticeship Standards.
Competencies
The main competency required for this role is Management to Level 5
Some of the required skills and abilities to perform this role include the ability to:
- Communicate at all levels within a business.
- Motivate individuals through achievement of their Standard and the understanding of how to set SMART targets.
- Demonstrate good levels of numeracy and literacy to support learners.
- Motivate yourself and manage your own diary.
- Work to and meet set targets in delivery
