Overview:       
Our client have an exciting opportunity for a Tutor in the Logistics arena to join their team. As one of the UK's leading work-based training organisations delivering Apprenticeship Programmes throughout the country, they are a thriving and forward-thinking business to work in.
Our client serve a customer base of local, national and international companies with programmes leading to the achievement of Apprenticeships.
 
Role Details:  
The successful applicant will deliver a blend of  face to face,  remote  and workshop delivery  which will involve traveling to various sites and geographical locations delivering Apprenticeship Standards.
 
Competencies:
The main competency required for this role is Supply Chain Level 3, and Team Leading Level 3.
Some of the required skills and abilities to perform this role include the ability to:
  • Communicate at all levels within a business.
  • Motivate individuals through achievement of their Standard and the understanding of how to set SMART targets.
  • Demonstrate good levels of numeracy and literacy to support learners.
  • Motivate yourself and manage your own diary.
  • Work to and meet set targets in delivery
