- Our client is looking for a Learner Recruitment Officer who will be required to promote the company. The Officer will generate learner referrals for a range of Employability programmes and ensuring learners receive the best possible to start to their journey. You will have a natural flare and passion to build relationships not just through selling opportunities but also building longevity in your partnerships.
- Have a proven track record in successfully recruiting learners onto Adult Education Programmes.
- Have the desire to build and develop relationships with referral partners.
- Thrive in a target driven environment.
- Have a passion for motivating and driving change through the power of adult education.
- Have the ability to build and manage relationships to provide successful outcomes for learners.
- Are looking to have autonomy to organically develop new ideas and approaches to adult education.
