Description
Our client are a leading force in the apprenticeship training sector, committed to empowering adults through education and skill development. We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable AEB Relationship Manager to oversee the Adult Education Budget (AEB) within the non-devolved regions. This role is pivotal in maintaining and expanding their partnerships with educational institutions and employers, ensuring effective utilization of the AEB funding to support adult learners in their apprenticeship journeys.
Job Overview: As an AEB Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing strategic relationships with educational providers, employers, and stakeholders in non-devolved regions. Your primary focus will be on maximizing the impact of the Adult Education Budget to facilitate the growth of apprenticeship programs for adult learners. This role demands a deep understanding of AEB regulations, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for adult education.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with educational institutions, employers, and key stakeholders involved in apprenticeship training within non-devolved regions.
  • AEB Compliance: Stay abreast of AEB funding regulations, ensuring compliance with guidelines and optimizing funding allocation for apprenticeship programs.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with new educational providers and employers to expand the reach of apprenticeship opportunities for adult learners.
  • Contract Management: Oversee the negotiation and management of contracts with educational partners, ensuring alignment with AEB objectives and company goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement monitoring systems to track the performance and impact of AEB-funded apprenticeship programs.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting the success and impact of AEB initiatives in non-devolved regions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align strategies and ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in the management and utilization of the AEB within non-devolved regions.
Person Specification:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on AEB management within the apprenticeship sector.
  • Knowledge of AEB regulations, policies, funding mechanisms, especially in non-devolved regions.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
