  • Enhance apprentice and learner on-programme learning experiences and outcomes by supporting high-quality Tutor and Training Officer induction, standardisation, and ongoing CPD.
  • Lead standardisation meetings for assigned Training Officers and Tutors, and actively participate in IQA Officer team standardisation meetings in support of the Lead IQA.
  • Ensure all observed assessments and sampled assessment evidence are fair and without prejudice, adhering to company equal opportunity standards and expectations.
