Job Overview:
Serve as a dedicated point of contact within the admissions team, committed to delivering exceptional service and support to applicants, ensuring a smooth and welcoming admissions process from start to finish.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised support and guidance to applicants, ensuring clear communication and a responsive approach throughout all stages of the application process.
- Deliver a proactive and courteous service in responding to all enquiries from prospective and current students, parents, and staff, ensuring that each interaction is handled with empathy and efficiency.
- Ensure timely access to impartial IAG for all applicants.
- Assist current students through the progression of studies process.
- Regular monitoring of admissions workflows and interview outcomes data, promptly identifying any issues and highlighting potential improvements to enhance the applicant experience.
- Support the full campaign of engaging and informative communications to applicants, crafted to encourage continued interaction throughout the application process.
- Collaborate with other support teams to enhance service delivery, sharing insights and feedback to continually improve applicant experiences.
- Advocate for customer service excellence and model best practices in every interaction.
- Participate in open evenings, interview evenings and other events to provide effective support to colleagues, students and parents
- Update on skills and knowledge requirements as necessary for the job role and team development, and train other admissions staff when required, in order to allow continued high standards of service, team flexibility and provision of support cover.
Job Requirements:
- At least a level 2 in Maths & English
- Worked within a busy customer focused environment
- Competent use of database systems to record, analyse data & provide reports
