Description

The Role:

  • Manage end to end of the bidding process 
  • Manager relationships with government and regional bodies 
  • Create relationships with potential bidding partners 
  • Exceptional understanding of UK education institutions 
  • Monitor and analyse public marketing opportunities 
  • Own the UK public and partnership-led budgets, sales pipeline management and forecasting;
  • Contribute to UK public and partnership-led go-to-market strategies;
  • Analyse and monitor the nation-wide and regional public market opportunities, select the most appropriate ones. Elaborate and execute the corresponding best practices and screening process, create RFP scorecard, subscribe and setup alerting mechanism in relevant bidding platforms;
  • Lead RFP Go/No Go process, taking into consideration input from Leadership and other internal stakeholders (Delivery, Learning, Platform, Finance teams)
  • Manage the end-to-end bidding process, deliver RFP answers, coordinating and gathering input from internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to proposal narratives, program budgets, letters of support and other supporting documents.
  • Over time developing bidding templates and key data records for continuous tendering process improvements. Share best practices with Social Program team member with similar role in France and in the US;
  • Manage the relationship with UK government or regional entities, such as the Department for Education or MCAs, that are funding training services. Development and own relationship with decision makers, evangelize unique value proposition, contribute to lobbying strategy and efforts in collaboration with the leadership team and CEO;
  • Identify gaps in proposition for the UK market, and for those that can be filled through partnerships,
  • Develop relationship with a list of potential bidding partners such as Community Colleges, Staffing Agencies or Apprenticeship Intermediaries for co-bidding;
  • Prospect, design, negotiate and sign agreement with new commercial partners who can serve UK strategy. These partners are typically actors of the HR or education sectors, such as colleges, sourcing specialists, staffing agencies, learning platform providers etc.
  • Manage the relationship with existing partners (resellers, sourcing or placement partners);
  • Collaborate with UK Sales team in charge of Employer sales to drive UK employers acquisition;
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, HR and the Operations team to ensure the successful implementation of the services in the UK;
