Management and Business Administrator Tutor

ROLE PURPOSE

Based in the North East of England working from home, the successful applicant will deliver a blend of face to face, remote and workshop delivery which will involve traveling to various sites and geographical locations around the Leeds/Sheffield areas delivering Apprenticeship Standards.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The main competency required for this role Management and Business Administration.

Some of the required skills and abilities to perform this role include the ability to:

• Communicate at all levels within a business.
• Motivate individuals through achievement of their Standard and the understanding of how to set SMART targets.
• Demonstrate good levels of numeracy and literacy to support learners.
• Motivate yourself and manage your own diary.
• Work to and meet set targets in delivery

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Must own full Driving Licence and your own car
