Our client is a forward-thinking and fast-growing training provider seeking a Commercial Fire & Security Tutor to deliver engaging, high-quality training across a broad range of disciplines—including Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, Video Surveillance, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to learners across the UK
  • Develop and maintain course materials aligned with industry best practices
  • Design bespoke training solutions tailored to commercial client needs
  • Support delivery of recognised qualifications, such as FireQual and EAL awards
  • Conduct market research to identify training gaps and emerging trends
  • Uphold consistent quality standards in all training content and delivery

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven Fire & Security background, ideally with strong Fire systems expertise
  • Passionate about sharing knowledge and supporting professional development
  • Effective communicator with training delivery experience—or a keen interest in developing these skills
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools

 

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous experience in technical training or relevant teaching qualifications
  • Knowledge of awarding organisations such as FireQual or EAL
  • Experience in content development and/or market analysis
