- Description
Design and develop apprenticeship programme
1. Design an apprenticeship training programme and delivery methodology
2. Identify programme for delivery of functional skills
3. Identify resources and personnel to deliver apprenticeship programme
4. Collaborate in applications process as apprenticeship training provider and EPA as required
Manage apprenticeship programme
5. Liaise and co-ordinate with apprentice employers
6. Liaise with other staff to ensure smooth running of apprenticeship programme e.g. training resources, tutors, assessors etc
7. Coach, mentor and manage personnel involved in delivery of apprenticeship programme
8. Co-ordinate and manage apprentices e.g. enrolment, induction, on-target with programme, performance and early finishers
9. Produce and manage an apprenticeship improvement programme for those who fall behind
10. Co-ordinate and manage apprenticeship programme e.g. courses, training, work place sessions, assessments and associated documentation etc
11. Manage ESFA requirements e.g. monthly reporting , funding and early finisher claims
Promote apprenticeship programme
12. Represent the client at apprenticeship meetings, events and promotional activities
13. Identify marketing opportunities
