This is a fully remote role!
Working closely with the Curriculum Manager you will have accountability for the curriculum development of Banking apprenticeship programmes. This includes evolving and tailoring the curriculum scheme of work, creating and evolving client and apprentice facing learning, development of resources and documentation and building engaging and digitally led learning pathways on our Learning Management System and ePortfolio platform.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Design & development of DLS retail banking learner journeys for with a focus on level 3 Senior financial services customer adviser
- Continual improvement of DLS Apprenticeship programmes, through analysis of competitor activity & government / regulator policy changes
- Development of programmes for new (or new to DLS) standards
- Creation of client facing documents & marketing collateral
- Creation of all learning and development content from onboarding to end point assessment
- Building engaging and digitally led learning pathways on our Learning Management System and ePortfolio platform
Skills & Experience Required:
Essential- Detailed knowledge of the retail banking sector training & development needs including CII and LIBF qualifications L&D professional with experience in designing, writing & developing training programmes
Desirable
- Experience in market research & competitor analysis
- Experience in creating client facing documentation & marketing collateral
- Experience in creating engaging and digitally led learning and development resources
- Experience of building pathways on Learning Management Systems and ePortfolio’s
- Experience in creating blended learning programmes
- Knowledge of Apprenticeship sector & funding / regulatory rules
- Knowledge of the Education Inspection Framework (EIF)
- Management of awarding / professional body relationships
- Experience of writing of Sector and programme level Self-Assessment Reports
