Description

Main Duties

As a Team Performance Manager and key part of our Operations management team, you will be responsible for engaging and motivating a team of Personal Development Managers (Assessors) to deliver the highest standards of teaching and learning, ensuring learners achieve their Health and Social Care qualifications at Level 2, Level 3 and Level 5 in line with programme requirements and timeframes.
The Performance Manager will do this through analysing data and conducting 1-2-1 meetings with your team, celebrating success and building plans for improvement where necessary. The Performance Manager will provide direct coaching and training to support your team to perform at the highest level and deliver a great experience for our learners and the employers we partner with. Working closely with your Operations Manager, you will be responsible for achieving clearly defined KPIs and take ownership of your team’s targeted success rates.
The Performance Manager will work with an average team size of 12- 15 Personal Development Managers, supporting them remotely.

  • Experience of Apprenticeships and their delivery
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience
