- Description
- This is a fully home based role. The Curriculum Manager role will be responsible for creating, reviewing and revising a career pathway map illustrating how to get from one role to another across the organisation and what qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience would be required.
Main duties:
- The Curriculum Manager will plan, timeline and project manage new products to market within agreed deadlines
- Ensure resource standardisation across all stakeholder use and programme delivery
- The Curriculum Manager will liaise with key stakeholders to ensure continuity of assessment and the completion of learner qualifications
- Undertake data analysis relating to curriculums to support in reporting and refreshing of curriculums where appropriate
- The Curriculum Manager will critically evaluate current delivery programmes with employers, learners and delivery staff to ensure that programmes are designed to meet their needs
- Approach, design, create and re-design of curriculum with a fresh and creative eye including creation of workshop materials and recordings
Requirements:
- Internal Quality Assurance and Assessing qualifications
- In depth knowledge of current Ofsted Framework
- Previously experience in project management and bringing new products to market
