Description
Our client are looking for several Skills Coaches to fulfil the demand we have for our
apprenticeship programmes. The main topics are management and leadership.
 
Your role is to deliver learning, lead on progress reviews and to ensure that
the learners get what they need to pass to their apprenticeship.
 
We focus on training existing employees within organisations, not
apprenticeship recruitment.
 
The role is about ensuring that our learners are applying what they learn
through their apprenticeship into their workplace setting identify opportunities
to evidence the learner’s development of relevant knowledge, skills and
behaviours and develop individual learning plans.

The right candidate is someone who has either been a trainer, a teacher or a coach in the past. Our client are looking for highly experienced and/or highly qualified candidates to
deliver outstanding learning.
