- Our client are looking for several Skills Coaches to fulfil the demand we have for ourapprenticeship programmes. The main topics are management and leadership.Your role is to deliver learning, lead on progress reviews and to ensure thatthe learners get what they need to pass to their apprenticeship.We focus on training existing employees within organisations, notapprenticeship recruitment.The role is about ensuring that our learners are applying what they learnthrough their apprenticeship into their workplace setting identify opportunitiesto evidence the learner’s development of relevant knowledge, skills andbehaviours and develop individual learning plans.
The right candidate is someone who has either been a trainer, a teacher or a coach in the past.
