- The National Skills Agency is the UK’s leading recruiter whose specialism is the supply of key personnel to the Apprenticeship & Training marketplace.
The primary role is to identify candidates for our client’s roles through accessing databases,job boards, LinkedIn, networking, etc and match the suitability of the candidates against thejob description. You will identify and speak to the candidates take them through the availableopportunities whilst assessing their suitability and confirming key information such as salary,location, availability, etc. You will work closely with our consultants supporting them to deliver a great customer experience for both the hiring clients and the candidates.You will also play a part in the administration of the company website, place ads on jobboards, help us to utilise our internal CRM system, help to create email campaigns to clientsand candidates, etc.Our clients are Apprenticeship training providers, awarding bodies and large employers who are seeking key team members that are involved in the delivery, management and creation of apprenticeship programmes.
You will need to demonstrate:- Hard work ethic

- IT / Social media orientated
- Good sense of humour
