Description
We are open to seeing candidates that are at the start of their career and more experienced candidates who have worked in similar environments.The National Skills Agency is the UK’s leading recruiter whose specialism is the supply of key personnel to the Apprenticeship & Training marketplace.

The primary role is to support a team of specialist recruiters with an even split between administration duties and the searching and identification of candidates for outstanding roles.

Admin duties include:
  • Administration of the company website
  • Place job ads on various job boards
  • Help us to utilise our internal Customer Relationship Management system
  • Help to create email campaigns to clients and candidates
  • Assist with social media marketing
 
Candidate duties include:
  • Identify candidates for our client’s roles through accessing databases, job boards, LinkedIn, networking, etc
  • Match the suitability of the candidates against the job description
  • Speak to candidates take them through the available opportunities whilst assessing their suitability and confirming key information such as salary, location, availability, etc.

Our clients are Apprenticeship training providers, awarding bodies and large employers who are seeking key team members that are involved in the delivery, management and creation of apprenticeship programmes.

  • IT / social media orientated
  • Good sense of humour
