- Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Tutorin Coaching Professional and Management to join the team. As one of the UK's leading work based training organisations delivering Apprenticeship Programmes throughout the country, they are a thriving and forward thinking business to work in.
Our client serve a customer base of local, national and international companies with programmes leading to the achievement of Apprenticeships.
They are also graded ‘good’ by Ofstedand deliver training to over 1000 learners each year.
Based in Yorkshire working from home, the successful applicant will deliver a blend of remote, face to face and workshop training with learners in their place of employment delivering Apprenticeship Standards.
The main competencies required for this role are Coaching Professional and Management. Learning and Development would be desirable.
Some of the required skills and abilities to perform this role include the ability to:
- Communicate at all levels within a business.
- Motivate individuals through achievement of their Standard and the understanding of how to set SMART targets.
- Demonstrate good levels of numeracy and literacy to support learners.
- Motivate yourself and manage your own diary.
- Work to and meet set targets in delivery
