Regional Manager
The National Skills Agency are pleased to be representing a well established training provider based in South London.
Our client is best known for it community-based programmes, offering a wide range of Government Funded Qualifications & Apprenticeships.
We're looking for a Regional Manager to be able to effectively manage Training Managers, IQAs & Contract Managers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience in the government funded training sector, ideally in an AEB, Welfare to work, or Apprenticeship setting
- An understanding of the various policies and processes surrounding AEB and Government funded contracts
- An understanding of Data, and the demands of various funding bodies, to ensure funding continues
- Good people management skills, with the ability to manage, train and mentor
- Client management skills, working with the Business Development team and support their marketing and sales activities
