An exciting opportunity to join an Award-Winning company on a permanent basis in a pivotal role as the Apprenticeship Delivery Manager for Industry, reporting to the Operations Manager for Apprenticeships.
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week, normal hours 8:30am – 17:00 Mon to Fri)
Location: Hybrid/Remote
Salary: £34,000 to £40,000 per annum
The Apprenticeship Delivery Manager will be expected to supervise and manage the quality-of-service provision from a number of assigned Trainer Assessors / Consultants under their direct supervision. They will also be required to actively support and oversee function in the delivery of all apprenticeships from the Business suite of standards in a range of workplace sectors and locations.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- To ensure Trainer Assessors and Consultants under their supervision deliver training that provides the underpinning knowledge, and develops skills & behaviours.
- Supervise and periodically quality check the delivery of training by Trainer Assessors and Consultants under their supervision that supports the development of Functional Skills Maths and English to achieve outcomes at Level 2. Plan and manage the completion of such in a way to ensure timely successful completion in line with apprenticeship standards EPA Gateway requirements.
- Support Trainer Assessors and Consultants with the preparation of portfolios and evidence required for assessment, including End Point Assessment.
- Complete annual appraisals and quarterly performance reviews. Use outcomes to establish individual KPI’s and create / agree performance improvement plans as required.
- Support the company's pre-enrolment, enrolment, assessment, and certification processes to ensure learners are undertaking the most appropriate training and that their achievement is well managed. Plan and manage the operational side of the learner enrolment and onboarding process. Assign learners / cohorts to suitable Trainer Assessors / Consultants to maximise performance capacity.
- Carry out periodical individual assessments of candidate’s assignments and project work to ensure quality of provision and provide feedback and guidance to learners and Trainer Assessors / Consultants as necessary.
- A1 / TAQA 3 (or equivalent).
- PTLLS / CTLLS / DTTLS (or equivalent).
- Functional Skills Level 2 (or equivalent) in Maths, English and ICT.
- Posses strong communication skills
- Be target driven, and able to perform against weekly and monthly KPI’s
- Be able to engage and develop positive professional relationships with employers
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Experience of assessing at Level 2/3 (minimum) in subject area Business Improvement Techniques, Improving Quality Operations, or IFA Improvement Standards.
- Experience of self-managing a delivery team of Trainer Assessors / Consultants with successful outcomes.
- Experience of report writing, presenting information effectively to senior teams and accurately preparing / delivering performance figures.
- Team performance forecasting for business reporting
- Be able to maintain a high standard of attendance, timekeeping, conduct and professional appearance.
- Demonstrate a ‘can do’ helpful attitude, always considering the needs of the customer first
