Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Tutor in Retail to join the team. As one of the
UKs leading work-based training organisations delivering Apprenticeship Programmes
throughout the country, they are a thriving and forward-thinking business to work in. They serve a customer base of local, national and international companies with programmes leading to the achievement of Apprenticeships.
Based in the Midlands working from home, the successful applicant will deliver a blend of remote, face to face and workshops which will involve traveling to various sites and
geographical locations delivering Apprenticeship Standards.
The main competency required for this role is Retail to level 4.
Some of the required skills and abilities to perform this role include the ability to:
- Communicate at all levels within a business.
- Motivate individuals through achievement of their Standard and the understanding of how to set SMART targets.
- Demonstrate good levels of numeracy and literacy to support learners.
- Motivate yourself and manage your own diary.
- Work to and meet set targets in delivery.
- Level 4 in Retail
- Good communication
- Retail sector experience
