Description
Our client is recruiting for a confident and well organised Senior Management Accountant to assist the Director of Finance in all financial matters including the development and administration of financial management throughout the Company and to provide accurate and timely management reports and information for decision-making.
They also need to line manage the Management Accountants, directing their work and conducting their performance appraisals.
 
  • To assist the Director of Finance in all financial matters including the development and administration of financial management throughout the Company.
  • To provide accurate and timely management reports and information for decision-making.
  • To line manage the Management Accountants, directing their work and conducting their performance appraisals.
  • Control, manage and maintain the Company Group financial system (currently Symmetry/BluQube) and liaise with their representatives.
  • To further develop IT systems, such as Inside, within the Finance department.
  • To develop and maintain the management accounting reporting system in accordance with Company needs and current accounting reporting standards.
 
Personal Specification:
  • Must be ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA qualified and have minimum 3 years post qualification experience as management accountant or equivalent in a Finance Department.
 
  • Working in a high volume and demanding office environment. You will be an excellent communicator, have good numeracy and literacy skills, have a flexible approach, a friendly manner and enjoy working as part of a team.
