Our client has grown organically over the last 12 months, and are now seeking an additional number of ambitious Enrolment Consultants to join the wonderfully talented team following an exciting period of expansion.
In the role of Enrolment Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding learners through the application process to join the range of Apprenticeship programmes provided by our client.
- As an Enrolment Consultant you should be:
- Honest, ethical, and passionate about educational excellence
- Supporting the enrolment and induction process – Initial assessment, awareness session and sign up of learners
- Driven, committed and willing to go the extra mile to help support learners
- Proven in achieving and surpassing targets
- Strong presentation skills (we spend a lot of time on Teams presenting to school leaders)
- Able to prioritise and work at pace
- Able to forge long standing professional partnerships with school leaders
- Have a fantastic work ethic and commitment to client satisfaction
- A team player and can support by coaching others
- Excellent with your written and verbal communication skills
- Above all, be driven and committed to forging a successful enrolment career
