MIS Manager
Located: Manchester
£25,000 - £35,000 per annum
We are currently looking for a “MIS Manager” for one of our great clients.
Responsibilties:- To ensure the timely and accurate completion of ILR returns to the ESFA using the PIC’s reporting system
- To ensure that all employer and learner data and evidence is compliant with ESFA audit and funding requirements
- To maintain accurate records for all learners on the relevant CRM systems
- To manage the Registration, Certification and Exam processes of Learners
- To take responsibility for the Quality Assurance process for ESFA/EPA/Awarding Body Compliance
Specific Job Knowledge- Expert knowledge of PIC’s, One-File, BKSB
- In depth knowledge of ESFA funding and audit requirements
- In depth knowledge of Apprenticeship Frameworks & Standards and how they are funded
- Relevant Administration qualification
- Relevant management qualification
Specific Job Skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to present information in a concise, visual and verbally persuasive manner
- Highly organized, with the ability to plan and multi task various responsibilities
- Excellent ICT and Data analytical and reporting skills
- Critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills
- Adaptability – Efficient under pressure, always meet deadlines
- Result oriented: Ability to achieve the target within given time
