- Housing Apprenticeship Trainer/Coach - Permanent (Full-time)
Starting salary: Up to £25-30,000 plus Individual Bonus + Company Performance Bonus.
We are currently looking for a “Housing Apprenticeship Trainer/Coach” for one of our amazing clients. Our client is a leading provider of Apprenticeships and they are looking for a Coach for their Housing Apprenticeship Programmes. Housing Coach
The ideal candidates will already have experience in assessment/teaching and relevant qualifications, however, we are happy to train and fully qualify applicants from the business sector who are looking for a new opportunity and a change in career.
This post is full time and is based in Manchester, although the successful candidate will be required to travel within the North West and occasionally further afield to customer premises and there will be some work from their home base.
Essential for the role
- At least five years’ experience in a housing association or estate agency role
- Driving licence and access to a car is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels
- The ability to motivate and encourage people
- Passionate about developing themselves and helping others to develop
- A methodical approach to work with excellent time management and planning skills
- Excellent admin, accurate report writing and record keeping skills
- Knowledge of CIH, IRPM and Arla requirements
Desirable for the role
- A qualification relevant to housing at Level 4 or above
- Assessor qualifications
- Teaching qualifications
- Experience of working with the new apprenticeship standards
- Experience of teaching/training in a group/one to one situation.
Starting salary scale up to £25-30,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
