- Description
- Our client is looking for an Electrical Tutor to deliver high quality teaching and learning in all aspects of the Electrical related theoretical and practical syllabus for both City & Guilds and EAL at Level 3 and above.
The Role:
You will be responsible for developing material to support the required course. This is an exciting new opportunity where they will want you to help promote the activities of the centre including maintaining relationships with external parties, assisting with industry events and keeping abreast of developments in your field of expertise. You will be responsible for the welfare and safety of apprentices at all times.
Essential/Desirable Requirements:
- Qualified Electrician to level 3 (essential)
- A minimum of 3 years practical experience (essential)
- Driving Licence and use of a car (essential)
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (desirable)
- Involvement in Government training schemes and National Vocational Qualifications (desirable)
- An assessor qualification such as D32 and D33, A1 or TAQA (desirable)
- A recognised teaching qualification such as a PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, or Cert
- Ed (desirable)
- An18th Edition (7671:2018) qualification (desirable)
- A DBS disclosure will be required.
