This is a home based role, no travel.
My client is seeking a number of L3/5 Management Apprenticeship Tutor to join their team. Key to the success of this role is the ability to inspire, coach and support apprentices to successfully achieve their apprenticeship standard and goals to become the best version of themselves.
Main duties:
·The Leadership and Management Coach will be responsible to support the planning and delivery of a range of higher-level managements programmes.
·Support learners timely progress and meet awarding bodies, ESFA and Ofsted and all internal requirements
·The Leadership and Management Coach will use a blended learning approach including technology to teach learners – online tools, interactive sessions, webinars, remote learning, interactive learning platforms.
- To consistently use reliable, fair, realistic, and individualised assessment methods to ensure a holistic approach to assessment.
- To give timely assessment feedback to all learners to help motivate them to achieve.
- To ensure that the learners line manager is involved and kept informed of the learners’ progress and is able to provide opportunities for further development in workplace.
Personal Specification
•Degree, equivalent qualification, or evidence of equivalent experience
•Level 3 Certificate in Assessing in the Workplace
•Level 3 CIPD or equivalent of learning practice
•Working towards a higher level of professional qualification in area which you support
•Preferable to demonstrate an understanding of and working within apprenticeships.
•Preferable operational experience in management and leadership roles
•Experience of working and coaching a diverse number of people
•High quality and customer service background
