Business Analyst Coach
The National Skills Agency are pleased to be partnering with a provider in the Education sector, who are looking for a Business Analyst Coachfor one of their growing programmes.
This is a great opportunity, where you'll have the chance to share your knowledge, all whilst helping the next generation of Business Analysts become better equipped to manage the ever changing landscape of Project and Programme work.
Ideally we're looking for someone that's had exposure to a multitude of different areas. Including:
- Requirements gathering
- Process mapping
- Stakeholder Management
- Extensive experience using MS Visio, Jira or similar other project-related software
You don't necessarily have to of performed a similar role (although this would be advantageous)What we're looking for is- Someone that's able to communicate concepts effectively and clearly, to a wide ranging audience
- The ability to coach, mentor and motivate others
- A sound understanding of Business Analysis principles (as above)
- Familiarity with BCS or other qualification vendor's frameworks
