Description

ROLE PURPOSE

Your daily responsibilities will involve leading training sessions, creating instructional materials, evaluating performance, and offering feedback and support to trainees. You will be instrumental in equipping individuals and organizations with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in their industries.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver training to the highest professional standards in a clinical and safe environment

Analyse training needs and adapt content accordingly to meet the diverse requirements of learners.

Create instructional materials and resources that enhance the learning experience

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and implement improvements as needed.

Provide ongoing support to trainees, addressing any questions or concerns they may have post-training.

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Welding and body repair techniques to a high level is required

Further experience and qualifications in training and assessing would be advantageous

Ability to effectively explain technical concepts to diverse audiences

Relevant certifications or qualifications in technical training or related fields

 

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES

CORE:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
