This role combines sales, relationship management, and community engagement — with a clear focus on achieving targets and making a real impact.

Note: This position involves attending networking events and employer meetings. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with employers of all sizes through networking and outreach.
  • Promote apprenticeship and skills programmes, securing employer commitments.
  • Hit monthly targets for apprenticeship placements and employer engagement.
  • Manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide guidance on funding rules and compliance.
  • Work closely with candidates to match them to employer opportunities.
  • Present services confidently in meetings and events.
  • Ensure documentation and processes meet regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in business development, sales, recruitment, or apprenticeships.
  • Strong B2B sales and networking experience.
  • Track record of converting prospects into signed clients.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with IT systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and motivated to exceed targets.

Benefits

  • 24 days annual leave + bank holidays (option to buy more).
  • Birthday day off.
  • Personal learning and development plan.
