- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract close.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a consultative partner to understand their challenges and offer tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs set by the senior team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of opportunities, pipelines, and client interactions within the CRM.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
- Work closely with directors and product teams to feed back on client needs and sector trends.
About You
- Proven success in business development, ideally selling software solutions (SaaS/EdTech) into the training or education sector.
- Experience engaging with senior leaders in training providers, colleges, etc.
- Good understanding of how training providers operate, including sales process, marketing, and student acquisition.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Confident in running product demos and presenting ROI/business cases.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and pipeline management skills.
Benefits
- Competitive salary
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
- Laptop, phone, and full remote working support.
- Mileage and expenses paid for client visits.
- Ongoing professional development and product training.
- Opportunity to play a pivotal role in a growing software business at the heart of the training sector.
