Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional to take on the role of Adult Health & Social Care Assessor/Tutor. This role is essential in driving the success of their educational initiatives and ensuring a high standard of training that aligns with current industry practices.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assess learners’ work based on standards set by awarding bodies and provide impactful feedback for improvement.
- Design and deliver engaging training modules tailored to meet the diverse needs of adult learners.
- Guide and support learners through their educational journey, ensuring they meet their learning and career objectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high teaching quality and curriculum relevance.
- Keep thorough and precise records of learners' progression and achievements.

- Proven capability in delivering both subject knowledge and practical skills effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and mentor adult learners.
- The flexibility to adapt to varied teaching environments and learning needs.

Requirements
- A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in assessing and tutoring adult health & social care learners.
- Previous occupational experience in health & social care.
- Assessing Qualification CAVA or equivalent.
- Familiarity with current standards and frameworks within health and social care.
- A valid driver’s licence for travel to learner locations
