  • Strong experience building employer, community and stakeholder partnerships.
  • Effective management of operational budgets, resources and workforce planning.
  • Strong analytical, governance and performance management skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ASF, Skills Bootcamp funding rules and FE quality frameworks.
  • Sound understanding of IAG, safeguarding, Prevent, EDI and data protection requirements.
  • Lead operational delivery of funded programmes in line with organisational strategy.
  • Develop delivery strategies that meet contractual, funding and organisational objectives.
  • Lead mobilisation of new contracts, ensuring operational readiness across all functions.
  • Contribute operational expertise to funding bids and growth opportunities.
  • Drive operational efficiency, scalability and continuous service improvement.
  • Monitor performance through robust MI, forecasting and data analysis.
  • Produce performance reports, recovery plans and funding forecasts where required.
  • Ensure delivery capacity aligns with learner recruitment and contract requirements.
  • Develop learner recruitment strategies and effective referral partnerships.
  • Embed high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) throughout the learner journey.
  • Build partnerships with employers, Jobcentre Plus, local authorities, NHS and community organisations.
  • Lead, coach and develop managers, tutors and learner engagement teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across multiple contracts and locations.
  • Deliver an outstanding learner experience from recruitment through to progression.
  • Strengthen employer engagement to support employment, apprenticeships and further learning outcomes.
  • Ensure full compliance with funding rules, quality standards, audits and regulatory requirements.
  • Use operational data to monitor recruitment, attendance, achievement, progression and learner satisfaction.
  • Provide inspiring senior leadership, contribute to organisational strategy and support growth into new funding streams and regions.
