Enrolment and Careers Progression Officer
Supporting the enrolment and induction process – Initial assessment, awareness session and sign up of learners
You will have experience of delivering impartial careers advice services to a range of people and you will have a strong understanding of the barriers people face when accessing learning and work.
ROLE:
Qualifications and Knowledge
ESSENTIAL- Recognised level 3 (or above) advice or career guidance qualification
- Overall sound educational background
- Basic IT knowledge (including all Microsoft packages)
- Excellent communicator with the ability to easily build rapport
- Passionate about the delivery of an outstanding learning environment and supporting the learner from enrolment
- Attention to detail – methodical way of working
- Strong interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic and flexible approach
- Confident in taking the initiative, working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Professional and accountable
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects whilst maintaining standards
- Driving licence
