We have exciting national opportunities for high calibre leadership & management experts to join our winning team. You will deliver high quality, innovative teaching and learning to our learners on Level 3 and 5 management qualifications.
Utilising your successful career and leadership experience, along with your passion for learning and development, you will inspire, guide and coach your learners to develop their knowledge, skills and future ability to successfully achieve their apprenticeship programme with us.
Our innovative learner management system and latest technology will guide your learners through their learner journey to drive progression forwards.

Qualifications and experience required:
- 5 years’ minimum experience at manager / senior manager level
- AVA qualification
- Teaching qualification – AiET is preferred but not essential
Skills and behaviours required:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT literate, with the ability to adapt to new systems easily
- Self-motivated and the ability to influence and motivate learners
- Full driving licence / use of car
