- This is a hybrid role (homebased/office).
Position Overview:
Account Managers in our clients Recruitment Team, drive client relationships, activity, and fee generation via permanent and contract (80%) and apprenticeship (20%) starts. Supported by their client development, marketing, and apprenticeship resourcing functions, you will manage the start to end recruitment process, creating new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and generating high quality candidates (permanent and contract). Some of your tasks will include intelligent marketing, face to face meetings and business development telephone calling. You will always promote a range of products and services ensuring you find the right answers and creating sustainable business opportunities for their clients.
Main Duties
- To achieve set activity and billing targets while also delivering on agreed objectives
- To generate success from sales calls
- To generate high quality candidates
- Managing client relationships to the highest standard
- To be a brand champion
- To evaluate and manage performance levels in line with company expectations
- To ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed
- Delivering of Sales Training (AM+)
- New Business Tenders and Pitches (SAE+)
- Supporting Senior Management with agreed duties (SAM+)
- Maintaining all relevant management information on their CRM – quality data makes success
Candidate Requirements:
- Solutions orientated, commercially astute and always seeking to improve own ability
- Excellent Inter-personal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with lots of different types of clients in a professional manner
- Desire to learn and execute detailed operational plans
- Highly professional, well presented and provides an excellent first impression
- You must show continuous drive and determination and an attitude to succeed
- Help integrate new starters into the business (SAE+)
- Leads on initiatives and operates with minimum instruction (AM+)
- Ability to influence others for benefit of the business (AM+)
- You must be an advocate and supporter of positive change when needed (SAM+)
- Mentors and supports colleagues in achievement of their own personal goals (SAM+)
