Location: (Hybrid – home-based with occasional travel)
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per weekAbout Our Client

Their team of expert coaches deliver tailored learning experiences across a wide range of subject areas, including coding, cyber security, digital marketing, AI, data, automation and cloud etc.The Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced IT & Data Apprenticeship Coach to support learners working toward tech and cyber-related apprenticeship standards. This is a hybrid position ideally suited for someone based within commuting distance of Worcester or Birmingham. The role offers a high degree of flexibility, with most delivery taking place remotely during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm), though occasional travel and schedule flexibility may be required to best support learners and their employers.What You'll Be Doing
• Delivering coaching, training, and mentoring to adult learners in tech and digital apprenticeship programmes.
• Supporting learners as they apply theory to real-world scenarios in their workplace.
• Helping employers foster digital transformation through upskilled workforces.
• Creating engaging and effective learning experiences that inspire growth and development.
• Collaborating with learners' workplace mentors and internal support coaches to track progress and ensure success.
• Staying current with emerging technologies and industry developments to keep your coaching relevant and impactful.What We're Looking For
