- Purpose of the Role
You will ensure we have a successful Employability offer and build from what we have and may obtain via the Tender. We expect you to have a vision and the ground level implementation to deliver on our aspirations that you will share. You will be leading and building a team of people and have accountability in managing performance and delivery of Traineeships and all contract management issues and ensure our targets and KPIs are met.
We expect you to:
• Have a strong Further Education and Adults Skills Sector management experience and a high-level expertise of managing Traineeship delivery, as well as knowledge and experience of OFSTED lead and Provider Financial Audit
• Have a good understanding and ability to work with learner recruitment
• Oversee all activities relating to MIS, systems, and management of the funding.
Other Duties
▪ Manage the operational delivery and development of all contracts, working closely with key strategic partners, monitoring performance and achievement of contract requirements
▪ Monitor, drive and manage contract performance to achieve target contract outcomes through effective management of administration and delivery staff
▪ Monitor and review forecasting and produce weekly/monthly reports
▪ Manage and oversee the Staff Training matrix, CPD, Single Staff Register and ensure staff
probationary reviews, appraisals are conducted that are appropriate and are fit for purpose
▪ Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation.
▪ Support and where needed implement change management processes.
