This is a homebased role
- Team Leader Supervisor level 3
- Food & Drink Process Operator Level 2
- Food & Drink Technical Operator Level 3
- Food Technologist Level 3
Food Safety Level 2 to 4
- HACCP Level 2 to 3
Supply Chain Practitioner Level 3
- Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2
- Supply Chain Operator Level 2
- Supporting learners to develop Functional Skills to the level of competence required
- Guide and ensure learners are ready for End Point Assessment within agreed timeframes
- Working to specific quality and completion of targets
- working in partnership with a specialist tutor who will deliver specially designed workshops for the 20% off the job and include theory and role play workshops (some cohorts)
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress and work with the trainer in place to ensure organised and structured delivery
- Maintain own professional level of expertise and keep up to date with the latest developments in the field; undertaking training and development directly relevant to your professional role as necessary.
- Attend all company CPD events.
- Assessor qualified, A1, TAQA, CAVA, or D32, D33
- Ideally hold a recognised teaching qualification e.g. PTLLS or equivalent or be prepared to work towards
- Ideally hold a level 5 in Leadership and Management
- Functional Skills or equivalent in Maths and English at level 2
- Vocational competence within Team Leading and Management
- Experience in coaching, assessing across multi-disciplined Apprenticeship programmes within the Food Manufacturing Industry.
- Experience with supporting the delivery and testing of functional skills in Maths & English
- Knowledge and experience of using e-portfolios systems(Smart Assessor)
