- Description
- Deliver an employer engagement service to increase the number of customer who access and influence the services of our client and, ensure they are retained and developed. Attract and source candidates who want to pursue a career/education within the Hairdressing and Barbering industry.
Duties
- Be responsible for growing new business with employers and support colleagues to grow existing business undertaking a proactive consultative selling approach with customers to provide training needs analysis and plans, account strategies and customer support to businesses.
- Initiate, develop and manage customer relationships with employers, in line with the sector strategy, maintaining an up to date knowledge of sector developments.
- Assist in the preparation of business and training proposals and other documentation for external clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales and employer engagement objectives and targets.
- Ensure the CRM is regularly updated with all relevant employer information in line with procedures.
- Support employer engagement initiatives.
- Provide information to support the preparation of management information and reports
- Maintain structured feedback from employers on the provision and undertake market research and customer satisfaction research as directed.
- Develop positive internal relationships and improve communication channels with curriculum staff to ensure that prospective clients at all levels are ‘serviced’ effectively.
- Ensure agreed customer service standards are achieved and the desired image and identity are upheld at all times.
- Complete Health and Safety vetting of employers.
- Complete government paperwork to complete enrolment of employers and candidates onto programme.
- Strong track record of business development and sales, including delivery to targets.
- Strong knowledge of apprenticeships and work based learning.
- Experience of delivering employer engagement strategies.
- Ability to analyse data and prepare and implement sales campaigns.
- Proven business diagnostic skills and track record of diagnosing business need and developing solutions that meet business needs.
- Excellent selling and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to produce business proposals following diagnosis of business need.
