Location: Remote
Salary: £26,000

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive growth by promoting our funded and non-funded training products, software, and website solutions. As a Sales Executive you will manage inbound leads, make outbound calls, assess client training needs, and convert prospects into learners. This role is key to supporting both departmental and company-wide growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Delivery:

  • Make daily outbound calls and respond to inbound leads promptly.
  • Convert leads into learners and book appointments within 5 business days.
  • Highlight their unique selling points and benefits.
  • Cross-sell software and website solutions to existing clients.
  • Research the market and feed back opportunities to Sales and Marketing.

Customer Service:

  • Build strong, trusted client relationships.
  • Understand client needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Listen and respond to objections, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Provide guidance on courses and services before referral to Training Advisors.

Administration:

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate Training Advisor appointments.
  • Report activity levels and manage follow-up communications.
  • Ensure prompt response to client inquiries.

About You:

  • Proven experience in solutions selling with a target-driven mindset.
  • Confident, articulate, and excellent communicator.
  • Self-motivated with strong organisation and attention to detail.

Additional Information:

  • Role may require occasional work outside standard hours.
  • Ongoing training and professional development will be provided.
  • Successful candidates must pass child protection screening (DBS).
