ROLE PURPOSE:
- To be proactive, manage and implement our client’s sales and marketing activity ensuring all internal and external resources are professional and meet the needs of our business.
- To support the Business Development Team in achieving new business by planning activities to generate leads
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To maintain effective systems to support Financial & Performance Targets
- Arrange mailshots/e-shots, monitoring and analysing, having clear outcomes
- Measure responsiveness to marketing activity & monitor marketing plan
- Maintain company website and associated sites
- Liaise with suppliers to purchase marketing materials and products, working within budget
To achieve continuous Quality Improvement
- Comply with all company policies & procedures
- Contribute to their quality improvement processes to improve provision and other company processes
- Ensure that the client is compliant, and all audits meet business needs
To Engage Employers
- Engage employers through direct marketing
- Ensure all social media activity meets the needs of the marketplace being employers and young people
- Support/organise corporate events
To develop self and support others
- Take ownership of annual performance plan, achieving development activities and demonstrating effective behavioural competencies
- Ensure effective communication between all staff within the sector and across the organisation
- Attend & contribute to meetings as appropriate
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Essential:
GCSE A-C Maths & English
Good communication skills
Good team player
Good IT skills including website updates
Have the right to live and work in the UK indefinitely and without restriction
Experience of working in a sales environment
