About out Client:

Our client connects students with leading employers and education providers, helping them explore careers before leaving education. They work with global organisations including Airbus, the NHS, Jaguar Land Rover, Amazon, Meta, and leading education institutions.

They are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of their most strategic, high-value accounts. This role focuses on enterprise-level relationship management, retention-led growth, renewals, and expansion, with partnerships that are critical to their long-term success.

 

Role / Responsibilities:

  • Own strategic relationships across a portfolio of key accounts, building deep, multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans covering objectives, risks, renewals, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead renewals end-to-end, driving retention, value demonstration, and churn mitigation.
  • Identify and close upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Run senior-level reviews, reporting on performance, outcomes, and growth opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Content, Delivery, and Marketing to ensure excellent execution and unlock growth.
  • Proactively prospect new stakeholders and budget areas within client organisations.
  • Implement best-practice processes for account health, forecasting, retention, and expansion.

 

About You:

  • Significant experience managing and growing enterprise or key accounts.
  • Strong track record in renewals, retention, and expansion within complex B2B environments.
  • Proven ability to influence senior decision-makers and budget holders.
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation and forecasting skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong ownership and resilience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
